Cancellation required 48 hours prior to event. An additional service charge is added for events over 4 hours. Events after 4 p.m. require a minimum of one service attendant.
Tax exempt organizations must supply us a copy of their tax exemption certificate before we invoice. In order to comply with tax exemption status, payments must be issued by the organization and cannot come from a personal account. Thank you.
